I took these photos in 2006's summer in Syria, in a place near to "Alraqqa = الرقة" city. This lake is called "Al'asad Lake = بحيرة الأسد" and the castle which is located approximately at the center of the lake is called "Ja'bar Castle = قلعة جعبر".These days I feel that I miss Syria too much ;'|. I'm waiting this year summer on pins and needles!
The interesting thing, that when I am in Jordan I miss Syria, and when I go to Syria I miss Jordan~~

There are nice things in Syria that you can't find in Jordan, but also there are nice things in Jordan that you can't find in Syria.
That's why I wish to live in-between ^^ (on borders maybe?):D

Alhamdulellah it is close :) But Aleppo is a little far. The distance between Amman and Damascus is shorter than it between Damascus and Aleppo.
To go from Amman to Aleppo by car it takes about 9 hours.
